Stefan Ogrodzinski received his BSc (Hons) in Toxicology and Pharmacology from the School of Pharmacy, University of London, in 1987 and his MBA from De Montfort University in 1999. Stefan's career has spanned the pharmaceutical industry, the healthcare sector, the voluntary sector and the educational sector, giving 15 years of sales, marketing, management and directorship experience.

Stefan spent seven years at De Montfort University, where he was responsible for commercializing new technologies and innovations in the fields of bioscience, biotechnology and healthcare. He left in January 2002 to pioneer a new spin-out biotech company - Biostatus Limited and in conjunction with his CEO role at biostatus, set up Ogrodzinski Consultants.
